    Kadria scores only the content of answers and completed tasks. Never facial features, emotion, age, accent, or appearance. Every score comes with written reasoning, and a human recruiter can review or override any decision. This answers-only design is built to align with emerging AI-hiring rules such as the EU AI Act and NYC Local Law 144, so you can expand without rebuilding your process.

    When you post a role, you commit to giving every completed applicant a decision within a set window. If a role is abandoned with pending candidates, a small penalty from your deposit funds feedback for those candidates. It keeps the marketplace honest: candidates finish assessments because they know they will hear back, which means better completion rates for you.
